“Why Doesn’t Anywhere Feel Like Home?”

For years, I carried an ache I couldn’t name. I could be in a beautiful house, surrounded by people, even wrapped in love—and still feel slightly… not at home. Not fully safe. Not fully seen. Not fully settled in my own body.
It wasn’t until I began my deeper emotional and energetic healing that I realized:
Home isn’t just a place—it’s a frequency. And when our early experiences of “home” were chaotic, unsafe, emotionally neglectful, or full of pressure to be someone we weren’t……we carry that dissonance with us everywhere we go.
This is what I call the Home Wound—an emotional and energetic imprint that shapes how we feel about safety, stability, belonging, and even receiving love and wealth.
If you’ve ever:
Struggled to feel rooted, even in a new space
Felt “homesick” for something you couldn’t name
Attracted instability, sabotage, or constant change
Had tension with family or emotional loops around worth and survival...
...you’re not broken. You’re carrying energetic inheritance that can heal itself.
In this blog (and in my workbook and course), we’re going to explore how to gently reclaim home—not just as a place, but as a feeling that lives in your body, your spirit, and your soul’s path.
Let’s begin.
