Morning Energy Check-In: A 5-Minute Ritual to Tune into Your Inner Landscape

Each day you wake up is another chance to accelerate life, your dreams, your goals, and your vision. Each day is a sounding board, a starting block, and a new level. Do you jump up each day to meet the world? Hardly, if you’re like me. 

I need to make way alongside my stirring golden retrievers, Lily and Violet. Then, we’ll carefully go down the darkened hallway and carpeted stairs. Thankfully, there is a landing halfway down, ‘a turning point.' And each day is this for you, too.

Each day is a clean slate, a new gift to unwrap, and a fresh start. We all love fresh starts, do we not?! This blog is about how to maximize love and sweet energy in your initial, crucial steps into your day. 

Find a quiet space, close the door, and light the candle. Sit in your chair. Close your eyes. Place your hands on your heart and say, "Thank you." Out loud is best. Begin your day with gratitude. Life on Earth is a gift. Having a home, family, and loving friends is special. Good health, food on the table, and a sense of purpose also matter. 

In your moments, as I call them, tune into your sacred heart, the one gifted to you upon entry into life on Earth. Tune into the Mother and feel her smile upon you. Sense the Father, and sense his wisdom shine down upon you. Give thanks for the glory of being alive. 

Your life is Eternal. This life is a chapter in your becoming. Don’t take any day for granted. Each day is a page in your story, so make the most of it.

Pay attention to what’s happening inside. Is it a task to complete? An emotion surfacing? A feeling or sensation? Or maybe a lesson you’re learning? Listen, listen to the guided messages. Make notes. They are lining up as you are ready to receive them, perfectly orchestrated for your development.

Receive the gifts of awareness and give them a chance to unfold. Breathe. Each day, as you practice listening to yourself, you grow stronger. This builds love and power in ways you can't imagine. It launches you into your divine life blueprint with grace and goodness.

When you are complete in your moments, you will feel ready to open your eyes. Take some deep breaths - you are integrating - and beginning your day. You have done a wonderful job of receiving.
