Tracking your inner climate can be a daunting procedure. And maybe you don't really want to look at yourself that much. Why don't you create a daily habit tracker and put healthy things on there, like meditation, yoga, a walk in nature, fresh air, exercise, chatting with friends, feeling part of a community.
Instead of trying to judge yourself, impart some healthy objectives into your life so that you feel that you are supported in your environment. Maybe once you're doing that you can start to do an emotional weather report.
Perhaps you can do an emotional tuning in your meditation every day. I do believe it's important to tune in to your inner being, into your feelings first thing in the mood in the morning. Often times during the night our soul is working through different things and in the morning when we wake up sometimes we have residual energy to bring into consciousness.
So when you sit in meditation, you give yourself that space and time to bring that information into consciousness. I recommend first thing in the morning getting a routine going. Light a candle, sit in a chair in private and you tune in to your inner being. You feel and process any emotion there.
You gather the information that was brought forward by your soul and you begin to know, learn and study your inner being developing a strong relationship with yourself, growing in love and mastering energetic alignment and emotional well-being. Be well.
